AI Insights
The AI Insights feature provides automated analysis of your backtest vs alerts comparison, identifying patterns in mismatches and generating actionable recommendations to improve your strategy.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”After running your analysis, click “Analyze with AI” to open the AI Insights panel. The AI assistant reviews your:
- Match rate and key metrics
- Pattern of missed alerts and false alerts
- Time and price drift distributions
- Strategy configuration
It then provides:
- Diagnosis of likely issues
- Specific recommendations for fixes
- Direct path to implement changes in the Pine Script Editor
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”To use AI Insights, you need:
- Basic or Pro plan — AI features require a paid subscription
- Completed analysis — Run the comparison first
- AI credentials configured — Set up in Account Settings
- Available credits — AI requests consume token credits
How to Use
Section titled “How to Use”-
Complete Your Analysis
Section titled “Complete Your Analysis”Finish the 4-step workflow and click “Run Analysis” to generate your comparison results.

Open AI Insights
Section titled “Open AI Insights”Click the “Analyze with AI” button in the header or results section.
A drawer panel opens on the right side of the screen.

Wait for Analysis
Section titled “Wait for Analysis”The AI processes your data, which typically takes 10-30 seconds depending on:
- Size of your dataset
- Complexity of patterns
- Current AI model load

Review Recommendations
Section titled “Review Recommendations”The AI presents its analysis in a structured format:
- Summary — High-level assessment
- Issues Identified — Specific problems found
- Recommendations — Actionable fixes
- Code Suggestions — Pine Script modifications (if applicable)

Take Action
Section titled “Take Action”Choose your next step:
- Apply recommendations manually
- Open in Pine Script Editor for AI-assisted code changes
- Save snapshot to preserve this context
What AI Analyzes

Understanding AI Output
Section titled “Understanding AI Output”Summary Section
Section titled “Summary Section”The AI provides a brief overall assessment:
“Your strategy shows a 82% match rate, which indicates minor timing issues. The primary cause appears to be a consistent 3-minute delay in alert delivery, likely due to timezone misconfiguration.”
Issues Identified
Section titled “Issues Identified”Specific problems are listed with severity:

1. Timezone Adjustment → Go to Backtesting Upload step → Set timezone offset to -3 hours → Re-run analysis to verify

- Your analysis snapshot is saved automatically
- The Pine Script Editor opens with context loaded

AI Model & Credits

Section titled “Model Selection”The AI uses your configured model from Account Settings:

Typical usage: 500-2000 tokens per analysis.

Saving AI Context
Section titled “Saving AI Context”To preserve your AI analysis session:
- Save Snapshot — Stores your analysis data and AI response
- Export Report — Downloads a summary document
- Note in Editor — AI context carries over to Pine Script Editor
Saved snapshots can be reloaded later to:
- Compare with future analyses
- Resume AI conversation
- Share with support if needed
